Shipping

We offer shipping across Egypt.

• Cairo & Giza: delivery within 24 to 48 hours
• Other governorates: delivery within 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, peak periods, or due to courier delays.

Before Payment

You can inspect and try the product before making payment.
If it does not fit or you do not like it, you may return it directly with the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Returns

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging should be kept in good condition
• The return request must be made within the allowed return period

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
